Unless otherwise specified, purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Minnesota. Regular delivery on in-stock items is 7-10 days from receipt of your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be appropriately notified

We will ship internationally upon request. International shipment costs will be quoted at the time of the request.
Returns
Douglas John, Inc. will accept returns on new, unopened item(s) purchased from us within 10 days of delivery for a full purchase price refund. Shipping is not refundable. Please send all returns, with original packaging and receipt to:
